Moving Out ~ Moving On....NO CLASSES until September

Sometimes life has a way of kicking you into doing things you've been talking about.

If you've been to sewing class this year you've probably heard me talking about how I was going to move the business again because of many reasons.

First of all, I was paying too much each month for the rent. The longer you stay the more you pay. Second my AC broke again for the 3rd time since I've been at this location. When I fixed the AC unit two days later two front windows broke for no reason at all. I refuse to pay thousands in repairs when I'm already paying too much in rent. The decision was made to move out.

The move was made on July 27 and 29. The old sewing cave is empty. I was focused on moving out and not worrying about a new location at the same time.

I'm taking a few days to enjoy part of the summer with my kids since they haven't had much fun during their vacation. I'm taking my time looking for a new location for L2S finding the right fit.

If you might know of a place or someone who can help reply to this email. What I'm looking for: 500-700sf office or store front with a storage room and restroom, parking, on ground floor. In Hollywood, Pembroke Pines or Davie (basically from 595 south into Hollywood and the beach west until University Drive). Price depends on terms and conditions.

I need to stay closer to Hollywood because my job of being mom comes first and I need to be available for my kids if needed. Also since I do classes in the morning and evening I don't want to spend a lot of money on gas driving back and forth. I know you want me to move close to you but I need to make it work not only you but me too.

I'll be sending out emails through this form when I do have a new location and start classes again. You can also keep up with the events of the move by following L2S on Facebook.

I LOVE WHAT I DO!!!!  I will not be closing. I will reopen. As soon as I find a new sewing cave I'll be adding the classes back on the website.

UNTIL THEN PLEASE KEEP SEWING AND I'LL BE BACK SOON!

Until next time, Enjoy your moments ~ make them "sew" much fun, Cindy
